He met us at the arranged time and was the absolute, consummate professional in answering all of our questions and giving us a guided tour through your facility. Although he was aware that we were going to buy a standard trailer with only a few options we were treated as though we were buying the most expensive trailer you produce, and we never felt pressured to hurry through our visit.
